SHOPPAY

Shoppay is only currently available to our American customers.

If you don’t already have an Shoppay account you will need to create this before placing your order by visiting shoppay or by downloading the Shoppay app.

After you have proceeded through the checkout, select Shoppay as your payment method and this will open a further drop down information tab. Once you click the ‘Pay Now with Shoppay’ button you will automatically be redirected to Shoppay where you can log into your account and accept the purchase. After this you will be returned to the Awaken Vibrations website where your order will be processed. Please be patient when you get redirected back and do not refresh the page until the order has gone through successfully.

You will receive a Shoppay order confirmation separately to your Awaken Vibrations confirmation and you will be able to keep an eye on your payment schedule directly via Shoppay website.

Please note, refunds are not available on Shoppay purchases for change of mind or incorrect choice in accordance with the Awaken Vibrations return policy and relevant consumer legislation.
